Tentacle Track E
Pocket Audio Recorder with Lavalier Mic
The Tentacle Track E is an audio recorder with Timecode for lavalier microphones.
The Track E provides high-quality audio recording at 32 bits, equivalent to recording in RAW on a camera, meaning the recorded audio can undergo extensive post-production processing due to its wide dynamic range. The battery lasts for 10 hours.
The Tentacle Setup mobile app allows for monitoring and configuring each device via Bluetooth, which is a significant advantage in complex productions.

During the coverage of various stages of the Longines Global Champions Tour, Digital Azul employs multiple Tentacle Sync E units to synchronize the Timecode of the cameras capturing the competition, allowing them to be positioned at different locations. Simultaneously, the rider carries a Tentacle Track E for capturing their reactions.
In post-production, the recorded footage is easily synchronized thanks to the common Timecode. Additionally, at Global Champions events, a digital slate synchronized to a Tentacle Sync E is used.
